I Love Carré is the reconversion of the old Carré building into student campus and shopping area by LIFE. NL (LIFE NV en IMMOPRO) in Maastricht (NL). The former Philips tobacco factory is very well located at the Tongerseweg, just outside the vibrant city center. The University of Maastricht, the graduate school Zuyd, just as the central station are in close proximity to the campus. This reconversion resulted in a well received, dynamic environment, with notice of parking facilities to prevent nuisance and secure general safety for the residents.

The project has been entirely sold to Xior.
